(TBH most of them were plain out accidents)   Why do you want to be part of the staff team?(80 words min) I would like to be part of the staff team to help grow the server to its maximum potential. I have put so much of my time into this server so far and would love to make it so much better. I also would love to be staff with my friends and it would give me something to do. Any experience as Mod or Admin on other servers? Yes i used to be a mod on icefuse military RP until i went inactive and got demoted for inactivity. What times are you usually on the server? Usually Noon - 10-11pm   What Time zone do you live in? How do you handle this situation?: First off tell him why what he did was wrong. he had no reason to kill the guy just because his friend told him to. I would ask him to check MOTD to see the rules and ask him to re read them so he understands what RDM is and why he shouldnt kill someone just because he was asked to. Then after all of that give him  a warning for RDM. A player breaks a rule and says he didn't know because he is new. How do you resolve the situation?: Tell him the rule he broke, explain the rule and how he can break it, then ask him to check MOTD to see a list of the server rules, so he can better educate himself and hopefully prevent more rule breaking. A player calls RDM, how do you know who's telling the truth, and how do you handle the situation?: First off, I would check logs. If he claims he didnt do rdm ask him to tell his side of the story, If the person who got rdmed disagrees with the rdmer then ask if they have any witnesses. usually logs tell the situation but its pretty difficult in a he said he said situation. A player goes on a mass RDM. How do you handle the situation?: Freeze them first, teleport to them, jail them, take away there gun, then tell them why what they did wasnt okay give em the link to the rules page, or tell them to do !motd then kick them. if they continue to mass rdm then they will obviously be banned. A player is prop blocking. How do you resolve the situation?: Teleport to the prop blocked. If they are new once again tell them what rule they are blocking, then if they refuse to remove the prop u can warn them and take the prop down urself, if they keep prop blocking after you took it down then u would kick them from the server.[/color]
